TIRED.


I am sick and tired of not having to complete my workout. However, I have made many changes to next week's gym sessions, to ensure that I don't skip anyone of the exercises and work hard enough to make the best out of myself.

I just want to sleep now.

Platoon cohesion in a few hours time from now. Getting up at 0600 hours for a 8.8-km run with sister before heading down to Town to meet up the guys.

I shall preserve! (:
