
I was suppose to go for a 10.2-km run today, but decided to skip it so that I can perform at my best in tomorrow's AHM run in the morning and circuit and core training at night. Workout wise it had been great, with only I've skipped workout once in the past two weeks, and that was the Golden Chopstick's session with Salina at Chinatown.
Also been to the BIG Groove 2010 with her too, and the performances were great. But my personal favorite was the America's Best Dance Crew 2010, the Quest Crew. Totally rocking moves, out-of-this-world techniques and they were so different from the other dance crews that night. Simply, awesome.
Also had multiple outings with PCC for shopping, arcade and dinner sessions. God, I feel fat already! ):
Today's circuit was a blast. The morning 4.5-km run was an easy run so as not to tire myself out at night, in which, eventually I did since we had alot of work to do today.
Oh yes, I've also participated in the Newton 30-km run, regardless whether anyone was there to run with me or not. Somehow, I felt a need to run in this race. Perhaps a chance to view my before-and-after physical fitness level? I can't wait. The race starts on a Sunday, 101010.

Circuit and running workout as per normal this week, with the exception of Thursday and Friday, in which workouts need a little tuning to. Anyways, I'm going to sleep already. Good nights everybody! (:
