3 MOVIES IN A WEEK.

And so, after met up with PCC in the morning for arcade, we caught the movie Old Cow Vs Tender Grass at PS GV.


Hilarious movie, gotta watch it! (:

Also, caught the movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice yesterday at JP with PCC, WY and Sky after Racial Harmony celebration, WITS presentation at ARC and Fish and Co for dinner. It had nice effects and everything, but there wasn't the WOW factor in it. Sure, Nicholas Cage was the funny guy he usually was in the movies but I expected alot more from the movie though.


Thursday.

I and XP caught the movie, Blood Pledge, at Causeway Point. There were some disturbing parts, but the movie's scenes were all over the place, so I had a hard time trying to figure out what the hell was exactly going on, despite having read-up from the net about the story plot and having seen the trailers that were tagged along.

I guess I shall not elaborate on work related stuffs as it's so routine. Workout wise, I've missed a couple of workouts due to outings and everything. So I improvised and changed some of my runs to a 'At-home-circuit-training' workout. When I felt half-tired, a 5-km run would do, and I would do my core workouts and a short 15-30 minutes of circuit training would be conducted so as to add on to the intensity of the workout.

However, if I were to be really tired, I would not workout for that day, and wake up early the next morning to go for my run. In simpler terms, I'm never going to jeopardize my workout for anything (:

Gosh, look at the time. I'm going to sleep already. Having a long run in the morning and circuit training at night since I've not gone for my long run today due to the recent heavy rain :/
