
I felt weird these past few days and before I knew it, I fell sick last Sunday night, waking up many a times in the middle of the night, having to be irritated by a runny nose and a pounding headache.
Things got worse on Monday when I was forced to abandon my gym workout as I got home to rest. I've recovered slightly on Tuesday and so I've head out for my 13.2-km run at a moderate pace. I could have felt that my chest area was in alot of pain and was forced to go slower through the run.
After having my 8-hours sleep, I felt better this morning, but still not fully recovered. I'm still coughing my lungs out. Sighs.
So, I took off today and tomorrow, hopefully to recover from the illness. I could feel that my throat is burning up on itself.
Meeting with PCC for arcade session later at 1100 hours. I've got to go prepare now (:
