GIVE IT YOUR ALL.


To fail to plan, is to plan to fail.

Currently preparing the next 4 weeks workout, and this time, it's going to be a whole new workout experience. Nothing's going to be like the past 8 weeks workout.

I shall upload my workout schedule this coming Sunday as a reminder for myself to work doubly hard in attaining the timing I wanted for the AHM 21-km and Newton 30-km run.

Gotta be in camp in a few hours time. Time for snooze! Good nights everyone! (:
